Graellsia Studio ships from Madrid, Spain. This policy explains our current shipping destinations, shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Spain and selected countries within the European Union.

The destinations available for your order are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If your destination is not available at checkout, we do not currently offer shipping to that location.

2. Shipping Rates

Our current tracked shipping rates are:

Spain
Tracked Shipping: €4.90
Free shipping on orders of €120 or more.

Balearic Islands
Tracked Shipping: €7.90
Free shipping on orders of €160 or more.

European Union
International Tracked Shipping: €12.90
Free shipping on orders of €200 or more.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the applicable order threshold is reached.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Our current estimated delivery times are:

Spain: 3–5 business days.
Balearic Islands: 5–8 business days.
European Union: 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Order Preparation and Dispatch

Each Graellsia Studio order is carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in that confirmation.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@graellsiastudio.com.

We cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed once an order has already been dispatched.

6. Tracking and Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, or if you believe that your parcel may have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@graellsiastudio.com and include your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, if you receive an incorrect product, or if you believe that a product is defective or does not conform to your order, please contact us at info@graellsiastudio.com.

Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

8. Customs and Import Charges

Graellsia Studio currently ships only to destinations available within our Spanish and European Union shipping zones.

For destinations within the European Union, orders do not normally require customs clearance between EU Member States.

If we expand shipping to destinations outside the European Union in the future, the applicable customs duties, import taxes and shipping conditions may differ and this policy will be updated accordingly.
