Terms of Sale
Last updated: 20 September 2026
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through graellsiastudio.com. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
1. Seller Information
Seller: Alicia García Hernández
Trade name: Graellsia Studio
Tax Identification Number (NIF): 50771088-Z
Address: Calle Collado del Hoyo 9, 28470 Cercedilla, Madrid, Spain

2. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases of products offered through graellsiastudio.com.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Spanish, European Union or other applicable consumer protection law.
3. Products and Handmade Nature
Graellsia Studio creates handcrafted accessories in small quantities. Because many pieces are made and finished by hand, slight variations in shape, texture, colour, finish or arrangement may occur between individual pieces.
These natural variations are part of the handmade character of our products and do not constitute a defect where the product otherwise conforms to its description and intended characteristics.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colours and proportions may appear slightly different depending on the screen, device or photographic conditions used to view the website.
4. Product Information
The essential characteristics of each product are described on its corresponding product page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, dimensions, materials and other relevant information before completing a purchase.
If you have any questions before placing an order, you may contact us at info@graellsiastudio.com.
5. Prices
Product prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
The final price payable, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges, will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient in accordance with the rules of the destination country.
6. Ordering Process
To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, proceeds to checkout, provides the requested billing and delivery information, selects an available shipping and payment method, reviews the order and confirms the purchase.
Before completing payment, the customer has the opportunity to review and correct the information entered during checkout.
After an order is placed, an electronic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
7. Formation of the Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.
The sales contract is concluded when Graellsia Studio confirms acceptance of the order by email or otherwise confirms that the order is being processed.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product without undue delay.
8. Electronic Contract and Language
The electronic information relating to orders is retained through our ecommerce systems in accordance with applicable legal and administrative requirements.
Customers receive an electronic confirmation of their order and may contact us at info@graellsiastudio.com if they require information relating to a previous purchase.
The contract may be concluded in English. Customer service may also communicate in Spanish.
9. Payment
Customers may use the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Payments are processed through the corresponding payment service providers. Graellsia Studio does not generally receive or store complete payment card details.
If a payment is refused, cancelled or cannot be authorised, the order may not be completed.
10. Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been submitted.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, the customer will be informed and any corresponding payment will be refunded without undue delay.
11. Preparation and Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped according to the information provided in our Shipping Policy and during checkout.
Estimated preparation and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product and shipping service selected.
Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed with the customer, orders will be fulfilled without undue delay and within the maximum period required by applicable law.
Further information regarding destinations, estimated delivery times, shipping costs and tracking is available in our Shipping Policy.
12. Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Graellsia Studio cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will contact the customer to determine the appropriate next steps.
13. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who purchase online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
The customer does not need to provide a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate the decision to withdraw clearly by contacting info@graellsiastudio.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Further instructions are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
14. Personalised or Made-to-Order Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to the customer's specifications or products that are clearly personalised, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.
Where a product is personalised or made specifically according to a customer's individual instructions and is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be made clear before the purchase is completed.
15. Returns
For eligible returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product where they have been informed of this in advance.
Products should be returned with reasonable care and appropriately protected for transport.
The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, where permitted by applicable law.
If an item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, please contact us at info@graellsiastudio.com so that we can provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
16. Refunds
Refunds resulting from a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
Where legally required, the refund will include the standard delivery cost originally paid by the customer. Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive shipping method than the standard option are not required to be reimbursed where applicable law permits.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed and provided that this does not result in additional costs to the customer.
17. Conformity and Statutory Consumer Rights
Products are covered by the statutory rights relating to conformity with the sales contract provided by applicable consumer protection law.
For consumers in Spain, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the statutory period applicable to new goods.
Where a product does not conform to the contract, the customer may be entitled to remedies provided by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, depending on the circumstances and legal requirements.
These statutory rights are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by these Terms.
18. Care of Products
Customers should follow any care instructions provided with the product or on the product page.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, accidents, inappropriate storage or failure to follow reasonable care instructions does not constitute a lack of conformity attributable to the seller, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
19. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos and other original content displayed on graellsiastudio.com are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without the corresponding authorisation.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design or associated content.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by law.
Graellsia Studio is not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale to reflect changes to our business practices, services or applicable legal requirements.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in force at the time the order is placed.
22. Applicable Law and Consumer Protection
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection granted by the law that would otherwise apply to you.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive any jurisdiction or protection that cannot legally be waived.
